Prepare for birth with focused postures, meditative breathing and strengthening exercises in this prenatal yoga class. Each class will be tailored to how the group is feeling but will always include hip stretches, various types of squats to prepare the pelvic floor for birth and learn how to properly utilize reverse kegal exercises. You will feel challenged and restored all in one class.
Every Thursday from 10:30-11:30AM (unless noted).
The class is ongoing throughout the year.
Payments run every 6 weeks for $108.
Classes can be joined mid series, as space allows, for a prorated cost.
Drop in cost is $20.

About The Instructor
Jennifer is an Integrative Nutritionist studying at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She completed her 200 hour certification at Skyting Yoga and her 85 hour pre/postnatal certification at Love Child Yoga - both located in New York City. She is a birth doula, lactation consultant and postpartum chef. She currently resides in Millbrook with her husband Peter, son John and dog King Louis.
