Prepare for birth with focused postures, meditative breathing and strengthening exercises in this prenatal yoga class. Each class will be tailored to how the group is feeling but will always include hip stretches, various types of squats to prepare the pelvic floor for birth and learn how to properly utilize reverse kegal exercises. You will feel challenged and restored all in one class.

About the instructor
Kenna, a local to the Hudson Valley has been practicing and studying yoga for 12 years. In that journey she has completed her 200hr with Yandara and Prenatal Teacher Training with Kaia.
She has learned and taught in the Caribbean, Central America, California, Colorado and back to New York.
She brings to the classroom, varying combinations of her favorite styles, Vinyasa, Yin, Iyengar and Restorative. An advocate of "Yoga Movement for You", the classes are structured around the individual students and their different needs in each class.
