Natural Self Care with Essential Oils

Young Living Essential Oils - Free Class Series: Class #1

  We know first hand that time for self-care as a parent can be super limited! Join us and indulge your senses in some luxurious ways to naturally de-stress, increase energy, balance hormones, brighten your mood, and improve sleep! You will learn simple ways to weave de-stressing techniques into your every day life and find more “you” moments through out the day.


This class will also cover:

  • what are  essential oils and how to safely use them
  • the importance of choosing a quality grade of essential oils 
  • benefits of essential oils
  • common chemicals and the importance of choosing chemical free personal care      products 
  • the best essential oils products for self care 


Each student will receive a custom blended, therapeutic-grade, essential oil roll-on designed to relax the body, decrease inflammation in the nervous system, and encourage the mind into a calm and focused state.

Alina Rinato is a natural-minded mama of two energetic boys, Roman and Rocco, who were both born at home in the water. She has been using and teaching about living a chemical-free life with therapeutic grade essential oils since 2009. Her passion is bringing awareness to families about the dangers of hidden toxins and educating about the natural options available. Alina holds a BS in Psychology, has been trained by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and has formal aromatherapy training through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy. That being said, she is adamant about making essential oil knowledge and use safe and accessible for all families.
